Tenzo is an analytics and sales forecasting platform, powered by machine learning and built specifically for the restaurant industry. By integrating with POS, labour, and inventory systems, Tenzo gives operators a single, real-time view of their data—accessible via web and mobile—enabling faster, smarter decision-making on the go.
The company was co-founded by CEO Christian Mouysset and CTO Adam Taylor, who first met while studying computer science. Adam went on to apply his skills in the gaming industry—working on titles such as Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater and Final Fantasy—before joining McKinsey’s big data team. Christian, meanwhile, co-founded the restaurant chain Hummus Bros, growing it to six locations. Frustrated by the lack of accessible, actionable data in hospitality, he recognised a need for change.
That lightbulb moment led to the founding of Tenzo—a platform built by restaurateurs, for restaurateurs. Today, Tenzo helps restaurant teams gain complete visibility over their operations and unlock meaningful performance improvements through data.
