HyperHeat develops ultra-efficient electric heaters to decarbonise heavy industry by replacing fossil fuels in high-temperature process heat, which accounts for 20% of global CO₂ emissions. Its breakthrough hot-air system reaches up to 2,000 °C with 95–98% efficiency and is designed for rapid integration, scalability, and low degradation—enabling megatonne-scale CO₂ reductions across sectors such as steel, cement, and chemicals.
