Kelly Richdale
Venture Partner
Kelly Richdale is a Venture Partner at Amadeus Capital Partners, working with its early-stage deep tech investment team. Since joining in 2024, she has advised the team on investment opportunities and supported portfolio companies, drawing on her experience as an entrepreneur and executive.
Kelly has deep expertise in cyber and quantum security, blockchain, identity management, and AI. She is a Non-Executive Director at Barclays UK, Edenred, a global payment services company (EPA: EDEN), and Assura, a leading Swiss health insurer. She also chairs Pimloc, a data privacy and intelligence platform, serves as an Advisor to network encryption company Sitehop, and is a Senior Advisor to Alphabet spin-out SandboxAQ. Previously, Kelly was an Executive Fellow at the World Economic Forum, where she worked on AI and quantum industry transformation.
Kelly was a member of the Innovation Council of Innosuisse, Switzerland’s federal agency for science-based innovation, and an executive team member of Libra Networks (also known as Diem), the Meta-backed cryptocurrency project. Earlier in her career, she co-founded A4Vision, a biometrics company, in 2000 and built its product suite before exiting in 2010. She later headed the Quantum Safe Security division of ID Quantique, which SK Telecom acquired in 2018.
