Elsa joined Amadeus Capital Partners in 2022 as a Reporting Associate. She focuses on investor reporting and operational process improvements, while supporting multiple departments across the firm.

With a background in data management and psychology, Elsa works cross-functionally with the finance, legal and regulatory, marketing, and investor relations teams. She plays a key role in streamlining reporting operations and ensuring the accuracy and quality of investor communications.

Elsa holds an MSc in Social and Applied Psychology from the University of East Anglia and a BSc in Psychology from St Mary’s University.
