Nicola is Head of HR at Amadeus Capital Partners, having joined the firm in 2016. She brings over 20 years of strategic and operational HR leadership, primarily within scientific and technical international organisations.

With a deep understanding of organisational dynamics, Nicola bridges long-term people strategy with day-to-day HR delivery. She is focused on enabling growth, driving change, and aligning business goals with employee satisfaction—ensuring a thoughtful balance between performance and culture.

Nicola is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business and a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management.
