Carl is General Counsel and Partner at Amadeus Capital Partners, responsible for the firm’s legal, regulatory, and administrative affairs.
He joined Amadeus in 2015 from Balderton Capital, where he was Legal Counsel, having previously been a Senior Associate at SJ Berwin, advising venture capital and private equity firms on investment and M&A.
Carl holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Warwick, attended Nottingham Law School, and is a Solicitor admitted to practice in England and Wales.
