At the heart of PacketFront’s product family is BECS™, the company’s award-winning control and provisioning software that allows customers to self-provision the services they want, when they want them, and allows network owners to build profitable businesses around these services.  PacketFront's products are field-proven, with customers in deployment in Europe, the Middle East and North America, and the company continues to target local and regional carriers in those areas.

In June 2004, to meet strong demand in North America and Asia, PacketFront raised a new round of financing from Amadeus, a new investor, and existing investors, European Equity Partners and TLcom Capital Partners. Simon Cornwell is a non-executive director on the Board of PacketFront.
