A global company, Celltick Technologies is a London-headquartered provider of interactive mobile broadcast technologies originally developed in Israel. Its flagship product, LiveScreen, allows mobile operators to broadcast interactive content on a mass basis. The company's first customer, mobile operator Hutchison India, went live in the first quarter of 2003. Since then, Celltick has acquired a number of other customers in Asia and eastern Europe, while simultaneously developing distribution and support agreements with major partners such as Alcatel.

Celltick offers a comprehensive end-to-end mobile interactive broadcasting platform that includes content aggregation, delivery, network interface and client handling, putting the company at the forefront of its industry. With more than two billion mobile subscribers anticipated worldwide, Celltick is well-placed to provide a key technology that will enable a substantial market for value-added mobile data services.

Amadeus led an investment round in December 2004 in Celltick, which included existing investor Jerusalem Venture Partners.
